Rescue Story – Canungra Baby Bat Disater Relief November 2008
On the 20th and 21st of November, severe storms with clyclonic-like winds his isolated ares of the Gold Coast hinterland. Associated with the arrival of these severe storms was an apparent rare and natural, but very unfortunate event which occurred at Canungra Bat Camp… the mass abandonment of hundreds upn thousands of baby Grey-headed Flying Foxed: a secies already declared vulnerabale.
